Join us as we welcome internationally acclaimed pastry chef and Norwich local, Matt Adlard into store for the launch of Bake It Better, a baking bible for home bakers with over 70 mouth-watering recipes.
A go-to guide to help home chefs become expert bakers, Matt will bring his humorous and honest approach to baking to this instore event, with a baking demonstration, interview, and audience Q&A, followed by a book signing.

Matt Adlard is the most followed pastry chef in the UK, amassing over 2 million followers across his social media and YouTube channels. A self-taught pastry chef, Matt is from a foodie family, with his father David Adlard, previously owning the Michelin-starred Adlard’s Restaurant in Norwich.
