Other Information


Online delivery charges are incurred per order and not per item. We will only charge you postage once. Most orders require a signature on delivery as parcels are sent insured and delivery is normally between 8am and 6pm.

If your item is sent via courier we can provide a consignment number to track your order.  Please email online@jarrold.co.uk and quote your order number.

Orders can only be sent to one designated delivery address which can be different to your billing address. For large orders with multiple delivery destinations such as corporate orders for our Hamper service please contact us for prices.

In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will endeavour to inform you within three working days via email. If Royal Mail or our courier attempt delivery and there is no-one available to sign for the parcel a card will be left which will include details regarding what to do next.

Delivery is normally attempted once by Royal Mail and twice by courier on consecutive working days. It is likely that the package is then sent to your nearest post office for you to collect.
