We've created a Negroni that's super delicious as a classic serve, or as a complex Aperol spritz!
By combining London dry gin, with Aperol and a beautiful deep red vermouth from our friends at 'In The Loop' based in Sussex, the result is a Negroni that's slightly less bitter than the classic version, with a lovely orange twist. Can be enjoyed with a single cube of ice OR topped with a dash of soda for a delightful aperitif.
We like ours with a bowl of chilled olives to nibble on.
Did you know, In The Loop vermouth uses leftover wine from their local winery and forages for local botanicals, creating a beautiful vegan-friendly vermouth. It's a 'closed-loop' system; hence the name.We've used Aperol in our Negroni as we are vegan-friendly.
To serve:
In a tumbler or short glass, add a large cube of ice (or a sphere if you have one). The bigger the better so there is minimal dilution. Pour 85ml over the ice. Garnish with a thinly sliced lemon wheel or a queen olive. Sit back and enjoy.

All of the ingredients in this Negroni are vegan-friendly. No mean feat when so many vermouths and liqueurs out there use isinglass, a gelatin derived from the swim bladders of fish. Our cocktails will have a min 6-month shelf-life upon delivery.
