It's ideal for checking the Sunday roast or tuna steaks on the barbecue. You can even use it for sweet and jam making. Thermocouple technology makes it a fast read food thermometer - as well as a highly accurate one. It delivers accurate readings from -40 to 250 (-40 to 482) in as little as six seconds.
The stainless steel probe features an ultra-thin, tapered tip. It leaves a smaller mark in your meat, fish or poultry, so they retain maximum flavour and moisture, and remain looking great for serving.
