Join Fiona for our exclusive lunch to sample and discuss five of her wines including two new season wines which will be the first time they have been tasted in the UK. 

Tinpot Hut is a celebrated New Zealand wine producer whose story began in 2003 when they developed their Blind River “Home Block” vineyard in Marlborough’s Awatere valley, one of the world’s most dynamic wine regions. As a winemaker, Fiona Turner focuses on producing characterful wines that express the variety and remain true to their place of origin. The vineyard is renowned for its stylish and rich Sauvignon Blanc which is perfectly paired with seafood.

 

THE BAY SALMON SIX WAYS PLATTER 

Eastern salmon tartar, sour cream, guacamole and blini, Jarrolds smoked, Hot roasted, Salmon   ceviche, JARROLD’S BEETROOT GRAVLAX, Nordic Cooked Salmon served with pickled vegetables and seaweed salad, potato salad and freshly baked breads.

Accompanied with a chilled glass of Tinpot Sauvignon Blanc.
