TORTAS SALADAS SALTED TORTAS WITH ROSEMARY 180G
They are hand-made in Seville using extra-virgin olive oil, and then flvoured with either sweet or savoury toppings. This lightly salted biscuit is designed to be eaten with cheese, pates and other cold meats. As well as sea-salt, it has a little thyme and rosemary added, giving a delicately herby flavour which matches with the toppings perfectly.
INGREDIENTS: Unbleached wheat flour, extra-virgin olive oil (14%), high oleic acid sunflower oil, yeast, sea salt (5%), rosemary (2.5%), thyme and rosemary aroma
