- Delivery: Orders arrive Thurs / Fridays while spaces last. If you'd like to pre-order for a week in the future, when you've placed your order, please contact Jarrold's to let them know which date you'd like those delivered on, otherwise we will book you in for the next available slot. Lead time is 3-10 days. The order deadline each week is midnight Monday for delivery on the Thursday / Friday that same week. If however, we are already fully booked for that week, we will message you to arrange delivery for the following week. Orders that arrive after midnight Monday are automatically booked in for the following week's deliveries. Some products are for pre-order for specific dates so please read the full product description as well.

There's nothing more comforting than a delicious crumpet... Oh no wait... how about 12 delicious crumpets handmade in Norfolk! Our classic original crumpets are fermented for an intense flavour and even more bubbles. Toast or grill as desired and serve hot with lashings of butter, preserves or whatever topping your heart desires! All our crumpets are handmade fresh to order the day before you receive them.
We don't add any preservatives to our crumpets, (which gives them the best taste possible!) so if you can't eat them all by their best before date, just pop them in the freezer to naturally preserve their great taste and texture for up to 2 months.
Limited space:The order deadline each week is midnight Monday for delivery on the Thursday / Friday that same week. Orders arriving Tuesday onwards are booked in for the following week. Standard deliveries arrive on a Thursday / Friday each week, however we are a very small operation and we have a limit on how many packs of crumpets we can physically make each week, so whilst we will try our best to match your preferred delivery dates, we reserve the right to make amendments to the date you will receive your order. We may have to move you from a Thursday to a Friday slot, but if we are fully booked for the week we may have to move you to the following week. We will let you know if that is the case. We advise ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Best before dates:Our crumpets are made fresh and we don't add any preservatives. They therefore have a short shelf life and if not eaten fresh, should be frozen straight away for up to 2 months. Deliveries arrive on a Thursday or Friday and the best before date will be the following Saturday/ Sunday. We advise storing the crumpets in a cool dry, airtight place, or refrigerating in hot weather.

Returns / Exchanges:Due to the short shelf life of the crumpets it is not practical to offer returns, however if for any reason you experience issues with your delivery, please get in touch via email and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Allergens: Contains gluten. May contain traces of nuts, dairy and mustard.

Store in a cool dry place and consume within 2 days, or freeze straight away for up to 2 months. If cooking from frozen, defrost thoroughly before toasting as normal.
Allergies:It is the customer's responsibility to read all of the allergy information provided on the website and the packets and assess the risks before eating / ordering. Whilst we do try to make sure that there is no cross contamination between flavours, all crumpet flavours are made on the same day and in a home kitchen. It is therefore impossible to guarantee that traces of potential allergens are not present in the crumpets. If you have severe allergies to things such as nuts, dairy and mustard, we would suggest seeking a more specialised company. All crumpets contain gluten. Crumpetorium cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions caused by our crumpets.
