Gorgeous rich red Romero peppers and hot red chilli peppers are a great match in this sticky savoury relish.
Not too much heat means this sauce is popular with every member of the family.
Serving Suggestions:
Great with a piece of ripe brie or goat's cheese spread on a hunk of baguette.
Perfect for the barbeque - particularly good with sausages - it also makes a lovely sticky glaze for roasted or pan-fried salmon, pork chops and chicken.
Simply brush it onto the meat before cooking.
Similarly, spice up a tray of oven-roasted butternut squash or sweet potatoes by adding a spoonful for the last 5 minutes of roasting.
