Salento Cavalieri Fusilli Cavalieri Pasta 500g
Benedetto Cavalieri started growing wheat in the region of Apulia in the South of Italy. The company was founded in 1918 and makes top quality artisanal pasta from locally grown durum wheat flour by manufacturing process called “delicate method” which involves long kneading, slow pressing, drawing and drying in a low temperature.
This spiral pasta pairs well with rich sauces for a quick and easy meal.
