Truly Unique Pasta Courgette Risotto
Risotto arborio with courgettes, also known as zucchini risotto, is a classic italian dish that has many distinctive characteristics. When combined with the creamy risotto, courgettes can add a subtle sweetness and slightly earthy flavour that can complement the dish's savoury notes.
Items to add: butter or oil, 100ml white wine, 800ml of flavourful vegetable stock made with a stock cube, parmesan cheese to taste.
250gr - 2/3 portions as main course 4 portions as a side dish
