Filotea produces dry egg pasta in the Marche region (central Italy), using the finest raw materials and following a unique recipe and artisan preparation methods.
The result is an egg pasta that is reminiscent of a homemade one, it's textured surface helps to absorbe the sauces, thus exalting the flavour of all the ingredients.
