Domaine Faiveley Mercurey La Framboisiere 75cl
The Mercurey La Framboisière is a classic brand in the Faiveley portfolio. Since 1933 the vineyard has been in sole ownership of the domaine, which is indicated by the addition "Monopole" on the label. The vineyard area is 10.6 hectares, the Pinot Noir vines were planted there in 1949, 1964, 1965, 1968, 1990 and 2010. The wines from this vineyard are characterized by a delicate red berry fruit, Framboise = raspberry is not pulled out of thin air, in addition there is a mineral clarity and a fine structure. The Framboisiere is usually irresistibly delicious when young, but of course it also matures very well.
