Project 173 Banana Rum 42% 50cl
The combo of rum and banana is well-established and generally considered to be excellent.
The banana is rich on the nose with a lick of spice which ignites the senses. Sweet to taste with a caramelised finish. Full of high esters which continue to play on the palate right through to the finish.
With a core of good quality rum and oodles of authentic banana notes for company, this expression will be immensely helpful when it comes to cocktails.
