Plantation Isle Of Fiji Rum 40% 70cl
This exciting little tipple is brought to us from the Fiji distillery, and made by master distiller Liam Costello.
Using a combination of both column and pot still rum, this rum is produced using home grown sugar cane.
Along with the various other ingredients that go in to producing this Rum, the use of the sugar cane contributors to a much richer rum production.
The result is a Rum packed full of rich vanilla fudge with hints of and underlying ginger and honey which is shortly followed by fruits prune notes and a hint of coconut to finish.
