St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur is made from hand-picked elderflower blossoms, gathered in the spring when they’re at their most fragrant. Packed in a bottle that looks like it belongs in an art museum, this syrupy concoction tastes of sweet floral notes, a dash of juicy melon, followed by a subtle herbal undertone. It’s great mixed up into a variety of cocktails, including the brand’s signature St-Germain cocktail, a blend the liqueur, Brut Champagne, and sparkling water.
