This stainless steel jam pan features an encapsulated base, which results in even heat distribution from all hob types. So, you'll be able to stew freshly picked berries and fruits whether you have a modern induction stovetop, or a classic gas hob.
It holds up to 4.5 litres (1 gallon) too. This makes it ideal for making small batches of home made strawberry jam or mango chutney.
