The Masterpan Grill Plate with Silicone Grips is perfect for grilling seafood, meats and vegetables, with a range of innovative features for a premium grilling experience. With removable silicone grips for easy handling, it's also an oven-safe (up to 220C for up to 30 minutes, remove silicone handles before doing so) and dishwasher safe grill plate, though we recommend hand washing to improve its lifecycle. Made of high-quality cast aluminium, the Masterpan 25cm x 33cm grill plate has a heavy gauge base allowing you to cook on any heat source, without any warping.
- HEAT DISTRIBUTION TECHNOLOGY: This cast aluminium grill plate has been designed for optimum heat distribution on just one hob. The centre of the grill is designed to be 15-20% hotter than the sides so you can grill meats in the centre, with vegetables or seafood on the sides.
- DOUBLE LAYER NON-STICK COATING: For easy cooking and clean-up, the Masterpan grill plate has a XYLAN PLUS double layer non-stick coating. It's also PFOA free cookware, containing no lead, cadmium or heavy-metals for safe and healthy cooking.
- RAISED RIBS FOR GRILLING: The raised grill ribs on this large grill plate collect any fat runoff, just like a BBQ, to allow perfect cooking every time.
- SUITABLE FOR ALL HOBS: This induction hob grill plate can be used on any type of cooking hob and its large surface means you can cook for the whole family, with one convenient grill plate.
- LARGE ERGONOMIC HANDLES: The grill plate comes with red silicone grips for a secure and comfortable grip to help handle the plate. The silicone grips are removable so the grill plate is Oven-safe for up to 30 minutes.
