The slender frame of this black rattan pendant is expertly handwoven into a streamlined cylindrical shape. The deep charcoal colour comes from organic plant-based dyes, creating a dramatic modern statement.
Inside the dark frame, a single orb light source is formed from lightweight blackened banana bark fibers woven around a natural rattan frame. Banana bark adds an innovative natural texture.
The entire fixture is strung together using black cotton twine and built for easy assembly and disassembly. This enables the biodegradable materials to be responsibly recycled at end of life.
