Add a touch of nautical styling to any outdoor space with the Devonport Round Bulkhead Light. Crafted from solid Brass, the circular vintage appearance emulates 1920s and 30s styling. The ribbed glass shade and caged front pays homage to traditional style lighting found on naval ships hence why we named the range after the iconic naval base in Plymouth.
Brass fittings have been used on naval ships for their ability to withstand extreme conditions. This ensures that the light will be completely weatherproof even in coastal locations. The fitting is IP65 rated and will be extremely durable for years to come. The material has been left raw allowing it to dull and darken over time. This may eventually display the brass patina known as Verdigris which is green. This natural ageing process is an intrinsic part of the product. To retain a polished appearance a good quality metal polish or wadding can be applied.
