About the Author

Ed Dallimore has worked in the wine industry for over fourteen years. He has spent the majority of his career championing small-scale and independent winemakers. He lived in Sydney for eight years, representing boutique wineries across the region. Ed is also a photographer specialising in landscapes, seascapes, wildlife and portraiture. While living in Sydney he contributed to the photography-led guidebook 'Word of Mouth Guide: New South Wales', published in Australia in 2017. He was a finalist in the 2020 World Surf Photographer of the Year Competition.
