Food and Beverage Restaurant Manager
Jarrolds is a popular city centre department store with five food outlets to their food and beverage. The five outlets cover a wide range from a 250 seat self service restaurant to a 70 seater Bistro with complete table service. We pride ourselves on delivery the highest quality of service to our customers.
An exciting position has become available for a Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager, overseeing the day to day running of the restaurant.
You will be leading an amazing team who are dedicated to promoting our full table-service restaurant featuring a range of locally sourced seasonal produce prepared by our chefs.
As the Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of truly exceptional customer service at all times. You will be a self-motivated team player with great communication skills, coaching and developing the food and beverage front of house team to continually strive to deliver a memorable dining experience.
You will also have previous supervisory/management experience within the hospitality business and have an understanding of forming rotas, carrying out basic staff training and staff performance appraisals. This role reports into the Food and Beverage Operations Manager who has the overall responsibility of the department.
Our working hours reflect our store opening hours, therefore there will be no split shifts, but there will be an occasional evening when we host an event.
