Like our favourite television double act, salt and pepper are a familiar and comforting combination, a pleasing and delicate duo which supports the most distinctive flavours. For many the star of the show would be a biscuit generously spread with delicious hand-crafted Connage Clava brie-style cheese decorated with a slice of sweet juicy fig and crowned with a crunchy walnut. Of course, the choice is yours.
