Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join an energetic and successful team to take a lead role in the further development of our social media and online marketing activities.

We are looking for someone who can develop the unique personality of our brand using digital channels and give our social media a personal touch. The role will involve creating social media content, curating our emails, copywriting our editorial, creating briefs and photographing products, as well as replying to customer queries through the networks and social comments.

It also involves creating management reports, championing email recruitment, delivering daily social media content and creating paid adverts on Facebook and Twitter.

We have an impressive customer database and a recently-established “Friends Club”. This role will help grow membership of that club and make the most of the CRM system’s capabilities by segmenting the membership to create personalised emails and to monitor their effectiveness.

So, we need someone who is creative, has an abundance of ideas and enthusiasm and great organisational skills. We are looking for someone who is innovative and can bring fresh ideas to the department but is also able to embrace the tone of voice of the business.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• An interest in shopping, particularly fashion, beauty and food.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing and formulating content across social media channels
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Warm and friendly interpersonal manner, suitable for social media communications with supporters and other stakeholders.
• Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines and to manage a digital marketing budget
• A self-starter, keen to take the initiative and push new ideas.
• Strong communication skills and able to liaise with colleagues at all levels.
• Video editing experience would be useful but not essential.

A part-time contract may be possible for an exceptional candidate.
