  • Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe/cocktail glass

Garnish: Garnish with a basil leaf.



Wild Knight Boadicea Gin - Spiced - Aperol Sour

A deliciously simple sour using Aperol but with Boadicea Spiced Gin as the Hero for extra punch in a way that compliments the flavours.

Glass: Coupe/Cocktail Glass

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Aperol 
  • 30ml Boadicea Gin - Spiced
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup 
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
  • 1 dash Lavender Bitters
  • Egg White

Method:

  • Shake all ingredients, first without ice and then again with ice.

Garnish:  Strain into a coupe and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.

Wild Knight Boadicea Gin - Rosa - Cherry Gin Old Fashioned

The syrup covering the cherries serves as the sweetener in this Old Fashioned, and perfectly complements the cherry notes in both the Boadicea® Gin and the bitters.

Glass: Tumbler/Low Ball

  • Muddle the cherries in the bottom of the shaker and then add the other ingredients and stir with ice.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Garnish: Add another maraschino cherry.

Method:

  • Juice the two clementines, add the other ingredients, and shake with ice.

  • Strain into a coupe.

Garnish: Dried orange wheel.



Wild Knight Boadicea Gin - Rosa - Porn Star Martini

A Boadicea Gin - Rosa riff on the modern-day classic!

Glass: Coupe/Cocktail Glass

Ingredients:

  • 1 half Passion Fruit

  • 50ml Boadicea® Gin Rosa

  • 15ml Passion Fruit Liquer

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • 15ml Vanilla Syrup

Method:

  • Scoop out the seeds from the passion fruit half into a shaker.

  • Add the other ingredients and shake with ice. 

  • Strain into a coupe and serve with a shot of Prosecco.

Garnish: Garnish with the other half of the passion fruit
