About the chocolatier

Lifetime of Chocolate is a small Norfolk family business run by Chloe Saterlay, who started her career as a chef in Norwich. After college at the age of 19 she moved to New York City USA to train as a baker/pastry chef.

Chloe developed a passion for chocolate on her return to the UK and took the opportunity to work in some of the most inspired kitchens such as Le Manior Aux Quat Saison. Chloe then moved to London permanently and worked for well renowned chocolatiers such as William Curly and Paul A Young.

After two years in London Chloe returned to her home in Norfolk and created Lifetime Of Chocolate.

About the chocolate and business

Chloe learnt to temper chocolate by hand using no machinery, just a polished stone slab.

The environment is a priority to our business and therefore we use no preservatives in our chocolate and we are striving to move towards all our packaging being sustainable and eco friendly.
