Living in rural Norfolk, I take lots of inspiration from the countryside that surrounds my little thatch cottage. I am lucky that I am surrounded by nature & wildlife which inspires me everyday!
About Florence & Lavender
Welcome to Florence & Lavender... My name is Katie-Louise and I am the person behind Florence & Lavender.
I am a mum to my 10 year old son, who helps me during the school holidays (payment tends to be sweets!). Home is a 300 year old rural thatched cottage on the south Norfolk border.
You can find me happiest when I am in my welly boots, in the country side walking my beloved border collie- Bailey. I am also a self confessed crazy chicken lady - and I adore my 4 little bantam hens who have featured in a few of my designs!
Florence & Lavender's Journey
With a background in design, I began creating a few pieces to sell in late 2019 and things soon took off. There quickly became a demand for my products and it was in the beginning of early 2020 when I really threw my heart and soul in to this venture. Starting the business properly throughout lockdown was quite a challenge!
However it has been an amazing journey and I am so proud to have been featured in such magazines as TATLER, VOGUE & COUNTRY LIVING as well as other amazing features.
