Where better to celebrate Norfolk Day, than at Norfolk’s favourite independent department store?

Come and join in the Norfolk Day celebrations on Friday 27 July by shopping local and supporting Norfolk food and drink producers, artists, makers and suppliers at Jarrold. 

From food and drink pop-ups from some of Norfolk’s favourite producers, to live art installations and talks from Norfolk artists, shop, eat, drink and be inspired by some of people and brands that make Norfolk great.

Come and meet just some of the Norfolk producers that we stock all year round in the Deli. Shire Foods, Chilli Galore, Black Shuck Gin and Wild Knight Vodka will be offering free tastings throughout the day.

Enjoy a Norfolk tale

One for little and big kids alike , Norwich author Isabelle King will be reading from her new book Once Upon A Time In Norfolk at 11am on Friday (27th July) and Saturday (28th July).

Meet the artists

Come and meet artist and printmaker Rob Barnes as he demonstrates how he creates his eye-catching linocut card designs. Plus Fiona Bishop creator of The Porch Fairies will be personalising cards and illustrations purchased on the day as well as free personalisation on special orders for the name illustrations. There will also be a special gift with purchase with any purchase over £20.

Be inspired

Guest artists from the Norwich Art Circle will be creating a live art installation over at Stationery and Art on Exchange Street.

 

Over at the Jarrold shop at The Forum

Meet Norfolk artists Rebecca Pymar and Leanda Hughes and meet the Norfolk producer of Orchard Fruits at the Jarrold shop at The Forum.
