When it comes to her style, Instagram influencer Liv Harrould steers clear of colour. Instead she prefers classic tailored pieces in neutral shades for a timeless look that transcends the seasons. Liv had a personal styling session with Jarrold personal stylist Florrie, who encouraged her to try something new, while still sticking to her signature style.
For many, like Liv, wearing colour can seem scary. However, Florrie showed how by choosing pieces in your signature style, with a pop of colour on one or two items, can give you a fresh look for summer. Liv's outfit adhered to her love of neat, tailored pieces with a simple white blouse and high waisted tailored shorts, which were in a pastel pink. Florrie accessorised her look with a pair of rose pink sunglasses and a on-trend basket box bag with a summery floral pattern.
Liv said: "I never wear colour, tending to lean towards monochrome and neutrals, but I love these pale pink shorts teamed with my go-to style of a floaty white blouse. The pop of pinks and yellow through the accessories makes wearing colour less scary than I thought. This is definitely an outfit that I would wear."
