You are tipped to be the next big thing when it comes to vlogging on YouTube, how did you start out setting up your own blog?
(Laughs) It's nice to hear that I'm tipped to be the next big thing! I wanted to be a blogger/vlogger so I just set out to record videos and post them online. I speak to many people who say that they would love to vlog but don't have time, and although it does take time, the best way I found to get into it is to post something everyday for a while. It doesn't really matter how good it is - in fact I'm a little embarrassed by my earlier videos! - but this will get you in the rhythm of posting.
What is your favourite beauty product of all time?
That's a difficult question! It would have to be my Clinique Anti-Blemish foundation. I've used it since I was 13 and it's my skin saviour. I never leave home without it.
What are your three top tips to those who want to start their own blog/vlog?
Make sure you attend as many events as possible in the field you want to vlog about. Most of the time it is who you know that will give you the breaks - and anyway, it gives you more things to talk about!
Start writing or videoing a blog/vlog once a day as this will get you used to posting regularly. When I did this and then took it down to three posts a week, the workload felt easier.
Pick a topic that you have a genuine interest in. Blogging/vlogging about something that you are passionate about will show through your posts.
