Our bright, woody Ceylon tea is infused with bergamot oil and blended with orange peel, for a drink that’s light and citrussy. Delicious with a dash of milk or a slice of lemon.

Brewing Tip:
400ml is perfect for 5g of loose leaf Earl Grey. If you're using a tea bag, 300ml is bang on.

Brewing this one is all about finding just how you like it. Try brewing for 3-4 minutes black, or 4-5 minutes with milk. Your tea will start tasting bitter if it’s left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves. No dust:
Our tea is made from the freshest rolled whole leaves - two leaves and a bud from the top of the tea plant, gently rolled and dried. The result is a much better tea and a richer, tastier cup.
