Squid Ink spaghetti alla chitarra - Made with squid ink in the dough. Very impressive with a delicate taste. Ideal with cuttlefish sauces.
Why choose Filotea’s pasta? Because it is made using a mixture of flour, durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs and is dried at a low temperature. Due to its rough texture it has an extraordinary capacity of absorbing sauces and has very short cooking times.
