Geo Watkins Anchovy Sauce 190ml
Watkins Anchovy Sauce adds so much depth of flavour to your dishes whether you're wanting an easy Anchovy Butter Pasta or a flavoursome Fish Pie, you've found your best mate here. Added to bechamel sauce or fish velouté it makes a superb anchovy sauce, finish the sauce by whisking in butter and a little lemon juice and cayenne pepper or why not try straight from the bottle on fried fish, scrambled eggs or even pizza.
Ingredients:
Water, Salted Anchovies (34%) [Anchovies (FISH), Salt], Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Ground Mace, Chilli Powder, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
