Chocolate pralines with lemon liqueur from Davide Barbero
Their rich flavour makes them the perfect treat for any lemon or chocolate lover. Made to the Barbero family’s traditional recipe, they’ve mixed dark chocolate with a dash of Limoncello to give a tangy, bitter-sweet, authentically Italian flavour.
External Ingredients:
Extra dark chocolate, cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour vanilla . Min. cocoa content 50.2%
Filling Ingredients:
White chocolate ( sugar, cocoa butter, whole dried milk, emulsifier: soya, lecithin, natural flavour vanilla), lemon honey, lemon extract(5%), (alcohol, lemon peel)
