These spiced biscuits are prepared according to Belgian tradition. In the recipe, the dough is kneaded slowly, the spices are then added carefully, and the mixture is left to rise for overnight and it is then followed by a slow bake method at high temperatures the following day. Producing a biscuit that 'snaps' along with a very moreish and delicious taste.
