This Coeur des Bar Blanc de Noirs by the Devaux Champagne House is made from a selection of plots in the vineyards of the Côte des Bar, which have been cultivated for nearly 20 years in an environmentally friendly manner. Some parcels are currently converting to organic farming.
Made from the cuvée, i.e. the best quality of the pressed juice, this Coeur des Bar Blanc de Noirs by the Devaux Champagne House is a 100% Pinot Noir. This blend is completed by 20% reserve wines.

- Colour: Intense, the colour is a brilliant gold with subtle amber highlights.
- Nose: Rich and powerful, the nose reveals delicious ripe fruit fragrances.
- Palate: The palate reveals a harmonious balance between fruity and honeyed notes. Ample and deep, the palate is seduced by this wine’s refined and refreshing finish.
- Food Pairing: Enjoy as an aperitif, this Champagne Coeur des Bar Blanc de Noirs by the Devaux Champagne House will complement roast poultry with truffles, game birds, delicate white meats, freshwater fish, and cheeses, particularly Saint-Honore.
