Customer Service Advisor / E-Commerce Assistant
Part time – 22.5 hours per week over 3 days
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our store support services.
We are currently recruiting a part time colleague to work as part of our busy Customer Services and E-commerce Team. This is an exciting and varied role which will see you working within two of our busiest departments, where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be working between both departments, dependent on the needs of the business on the day. Your role on Customer Services will be to support with our busy demanding switchboard and customer services desk dealing with the administration and payments of customer credit accounts as well as various general administration.
Ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative is essential. The main role is answering customer’s queries and dealing with complaints so a confident and assertive but also empathetic attitude would be desirable. Due to a large amount of data entry it is essential that applicants have excellent attention to detail.
You will also be working within our E-Commerce department where you will be responsible for the administration and processing of customers orders, via phone and email, therefore excellent organisation skills are required.
Flexibility is essential in this role and applicants must be happy to work weekends.
