A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our store support services team.

We are currently looking for a full-time colleague to work as part of our fantastic Customer Services Team. The successful candidate will be working on our busy and demanding switchboard and customer services desk, dealing with customer queries from both our store and online customers, taking customer payments as well as various general administration tasks.

Ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative is essential. The main role is answering customer’s queries and dealing with complaints, so a confident, friendly, and assertive but also empathetic attitude would be desirable. Due to a large amount of data entry, it is essential that applicants have excellent attention to detail as well as an understanding of basic cash handling procedures.

You will be required to work 35 hours over 5 days and flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis is essential.
