Customer Service Advisor
Part time – Saturday 9am – 6pm (7.5 hours)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our store support services team.
We are currently recruiting a part time colleague to work as part of our busy Customer Services Team. The successful candidate will be working on our busy demanding switchboard and customer services desk dealing with the administration and payments of customer credit accounts as well as various general administration.
Ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative is essential. The main role is answering customer’s queries and dealing with complaints so a confident and assertive but also empathetic attitude would be desirable. Due to a large amount of data entry it is essential that applicants have excellent attention to detail.
You will be required to work between the hours of 9am and 6pm on Saturdays.
