Carl Scarpa Supervisor

Carl Scarpa are recruiting for a part time supervisor to join our team within a premium department store in Norwich. The position is for 25 hours per week across 4 days, working closely with the manager and team to ensure the continued success of the concession.

We believe that great footwear is the cornerstone of any stylish outfit, and we strive to ensure our designs are eye-catching, beautifully crafted, fashion-forward and full of great design details.

Duties will include:

• Driving sales: working to personal targets and ensuring all members of the team are working to achieve their personal and team targets
• Assisting the manager to maintain all filing, figures, reporting and analysis. Using this information to improve performance at all levels.
• Cover the concession when the manager is not working: stepping up to ensure all processes run efficiently and smoothly in her absence.

Although the position will mostly be on set days, the candidate will be required to be flexible, particularly over peak trading times and to cover holidays.

Customer service experience is ESSENTIAL: specific footwear/retail experience is desirable but not essential.
