Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an outstanding team leader to join our Food & Beverage Management Team. This is a challenging new role as you will be managing one of our three fabulous restaurants.

The role

As part of our management team and reporting to our Food & Beverage Manager you will play a crucial role in the day to day running of the restaurants ensuring the delivery of a truly exceptional customer experience at all times. We are looking for someone with a real passion for hospitality and a natural flare to develop relationships with our customers and teams.

We are looking for:

• Extensive service background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management.
• A professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills
• An outstanding team player, with a “hands on” mentality
• The ability to manage stressful situations in a calm manner
• Experience in motivating and coaching a team to deliver the highest levels of service
• Experience in rota management and performance appraisals
• Strong wine and food knowledge
• And good understanding of Health and safety requirements

Our working hours reflect our store opening hours, therefore there will be no split shifts, but there will be an occasional evening when Benji’s hosts an event.
