Standard Delivery Service

Our standard delivery service is FREE on all order over £100 in our delivery areas.

For orders under £100 the following standard delivery charges will apply:

Furniture Delivery Service

Our standard furniture delivery service is FREE in our delivery area of Norfolk and North Suffolk.

Lead times on special orders will vary by manufacturer and time of year.  You will be given an estimate of the lead time when you place your order with us.  Once furniture is available for delivery it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

Our delivery service operates Monday to Saturday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. We deliver to different parts of Norfolk & North Suffolk on different days of the week.  When we call you to book your delivery, we will advise you of the delivery day and a 4 hour time window to your area.

The delivery crew will call to advise you approximately 30 minutes before their arrival.

We will place your furniture in a room of your choice (subject to unrestricted access).

The delivery crew will ask you to inspect your items carefully and you will then be asked to sign for the furniture.

All packing material can be taken away, disposed of and recycled where possible.

We have taken the decision with a heavy heart to close all our Jarrold stores until further notice from 4pm on Monday 23 March. This will include our online business.

We’ve been in business for 250 years, in good times and bad. But these aren't normal times and we find ourselves in the unique situation where closing our doors is the right thing to do.

If you have purchased something in the last few days and would like a refund, we're sorry that we can’t process refunds whilst we are closed but we are extending our returns policy to 28 days following our reopening.

If you placed an online order before we closed, unless you have been informed otherwise, your order has been dispatched and you should expect it from Friday 27th March onwards.
