What's New
Lisa Bliss at The Forum Shop
Now at the Forum Shop by Jarrold we have a gorgeous new range, from Parlane and local textile designer, Lisa Bliss which features bags, aprons, oven gloves, soft furnishings and more. Read on to learn more about the range...
Lisa Bliss studied Textiles at the Norwich School of Art and Design where she fell in love with printmaking, what she claims to be ‘the perfect medium’.
She’s always had a love for old objects and vintage ephemera and her favourite place to draw is the natural history section in museums, where the animals are always still and quiet, giving her enough time to capture all their intricacies and charm! But, she is always awestruck at how whimsical and carefree animals are out in the wild. She lives out in the Norfolk countryside where there’s always a source of inspiration outside on a walk somewhere. Lisa’s work has been on display at a number of exhibitions around London and Norwich and has also been featured in The
Observer Magazine, The Times and The Daily Mail.
Parlane teamed up with this talented textile designer nearly a year ago after spotting her work at the International Spring Fair in Birmingham. They thought her beautiful and intricate illustrations were perfect for adding even more exclusive and original designs to the Parlane collections.
The first of these designs is ‘leaping hare’ whose character currently features on a range of products that we are now proud to stock in our Forum shop, including an apron, tea towel, cushion, oven gloves and various bags.

NEW Julie Dodsworth
We are very pleased to now be stocking an assortment of gorgeous Julie Dodsworth products in our cookshop. The range is a beautifully colourful array of mugs, cake stands, napkins, coasters and more.
The designs reflect Julie’s love of the English waterways and the homeliness of her boat. Her work carries the colours of her youth, memories of her Grandma’s coal range and the warmth of her kitchen, where everything was prepared from scratch using produce from the garden. The designs are a celebration of true English heritage and a reflection of the many things Julie loves.

It also has a 7-shade setting with an LED countdown timer to ensure you get your exact browning preferance, and a sandwich function with sandwich rack to prepare delicious, no-drip toasted sandwiches! Of course this smart toasted also features a defrost setting for frozen bread and a bagel function to toast bagels and buns which ensures they are toasted on the inside and warmed on the outside. Also new into the store is the KitchenAid Artisan Kettle, which again is not your average kettle! Its smooth, rounded design boasts a 1.5 litre capacity with a dual wall construction which provides better insulation to keep water hotter for longer. It also reduces noise and is cooler to the touch. The kettle also has an adjustable temperature gauge, which ranges from 50°c to 100°c so you can tailor the temperature exactly to the drink you're making. This temperature gauge also works even when the kettle is off its base so you can keep checking the current temperature of the water long after it has first boiled.
