Go Elephants!

Proudly sponsored by Jarrolds - with our own two elephants, ‘Split and Polish' and ‘Earl Grey' - and other sponsors, Go Elephants! invades Norwich and sends the city bursting into colour as well as getting everyone involved along the way!

So, what's with the elephants? In a nutshell, Go Elephants! is an urban art phenomenon that aims to enrich and benefit the city, the people and the elephants themselves! How? Well for a start, be prepared to get your walking boots on because there are fifty-three of these things just waiting to be found! And you'll find that in the process of searching every inch of Norwich for these beautiful beasts, you will have explored and discovered this amazing city we live in. It doesn't end there however. Artists, students and community groups from across Norfolk have participated in the painting these dazzling elephants, adding their personal touch and unique styles.

Behind all the fun lies a good cause, as in September all the elephants will be sold at a charity auction to raise money for CLIC Sargent- the UK's leading children's cancer charity. So, go out and embark on the largest public art event Norwich has ever seen, and have an elephantastic time

Pack your trunks and head on safari from the 23rd of June- 31st of August.
