Fashion Accessories Trainee Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to take their first steps into a retail leadership role. This position will involve overseeing the smooth operation of our Jewellery and Watch area which is situated within our Fashion Accessories Department on the ground floor.

You will understand the importance of customer experience and will ideally have previous supervisory experience, although this is not essential. You will be organised, enthusiastic and have the motivation to learn about retail leadership.

Areas of development will include:

• Replenishment and stock rotation
• Visual merchandising
• Staff rota planning
• Liaising with the fashion accessories buyer.
